Delivery Rates & Policies
For first time orders placed with us we can only deliver to the cardholders address. For prompt delivery Blast Sport Limited choose Royal Mail Special Delivery as our supplier which will need a signature to ensure its safe arrival. Parcels will not be left for example in sheds etc. In the unfortunate circumstance we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit by our delivery supplier. If you do experience a delay in the delivery of your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Blast will always try to get your orders dispatched on day of order. However this may not always be possible due to:
Products that are not in stock at time of ordering will be sent as soon as possible. We will also contact you by email to inform you of this and give you the option whether to continue with your order.
Payment by credit card on occassions may need to have additional checks which may cause delay of order.
Payment by cheque. Cheques made payable to Blast Sport Limited. The goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. This normally takes 5 working days. Thereafter the goods will be sent, along with an email to let you know that your goods are in transit.
Postal Orders. To be made payable to Blast Limited. Goods will be sent as soon as postal order is received.
Personalisation. Boots with name and number will take a few days longer to dispatch.
Our suppliers. If a product is in high demand and we need to re-order it from our suppliers.

RETURNS
If an exchange or refund is required, item(s) should be returned to us in their original saleable condition including tags and box packaging within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase along with original sales receipt and brief explanation to help us with customer service in the future.
Please note all parcels must be returned using a recorded delivery. This is to ensure your own protection as we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit (this is to be paid at your own expense). Goods that are returned this way, must be in their original saleable condition including tags and box packaging.
If all criteria is met regarding the above, a refund/exchange will be issued within 30 working days of receiving the goods. Please note we cannot reimburse postage for goods sent back to us for a refund/exchange. If the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, dampened or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange.
Please note that your right to return goods that have been personalised i.e name and number are exempt from refund / exchange unless faulty.
However returning goods that upon inspection we deem to be faulty, we will reimburse postage to you.
Customers returning their goods for exchange within the returns period of 7 working days of receipt of purchase will be subject to a charge of postage costs incurred when re-shipping. The charges will be UK and Channel Islands £6.00 per single item. European destinations £11.00. Rest of world £11.00. Charges will be taken from the card used when placing your original order.
